Returns & Exchanges
Amelia & Bennet strives to ensure our customers are always pleased with their orders and items, but understand that you may have a change of mind on an item. As a result, and to provide the best customer satisfaction possible, we gladly accepts returns and exchanges for un-worn and un-used products. We require that all products be in their original packaging and with all attached and original tags.
We kindly ask that all requests for returns/exchanges be made within 30 days of delivery of your item(s). To do so, please follow the steps below.
- Please Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- In the Subject line of the email, add 'Return/Exchange Request'
- Please be sure to include your Order #, Purchase Date, Delivery Date, Product(s) Name, Reason for the Return/Exchange Request, and Your Name in the Body section of the message
- Once your request has been made, please follow any further instructions, if necessary, located in our email response(s)
We are happy to work with our customers to ensure that your item(s) are satisfactory, but under certain more rare circumstances, we are unable to grant returns/exchanges. Such circumstances where we may not be able to grant the approval of a return/exchange request include, but may not be limited to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Unable to contact the customer in response to their Return/Exchange Request
